SHIPPING POLICY

Our business hours are 12 noon to 5:00 p.m. PST, Thursday through Sunday all year except for June through September we are open Wednesday through Sunday.

 

Orders are typically filled within three business days of order receipt. However, during high volume periods, orders may take longer to process and ship.

Domestic clients are offered the following shipping options:

  • USPS Priority Mail (US Postal Priority Mail)

  • All UPS options: Ground and Expedited Deliveries

We offer all domestic clients the option of signing for US Postal deliveries at no charge. Please note in the customer comments during checkout if you wish to sign for your delivery. 

If the package shows a confirmed delivery to the shipping address you provided, and you did not select to sign for the package. We will not be responsible for theft, US Postal Service errors, or other losses. All clients receive an email, listing your shipping information, at the time the shipping label is created.

In cases where your package is unclaimed and rerouted back to us, you are responsible for reshipping charges. If you are unwilling to pay for a reshipment, the products will be returned to our inventory and your credit card will be credited, minus the shipping fees of the original shipment. A restocking fee will also be assessed.

 *Please be sure to report any order issues/damages within 48 hours of order receipt so that we can take care of you in a timely manner.  For damaged shipments please send a photo to diamondpeakwinebar@gmail.com and be sure to include your order number.

Due to changes in VAT TAX laws we are  no longer shipping to the UK nor countries located in the EU.

Orders received after 11 a.m. on Fridays, Eastern Time, will be processed the following business day (Monday).
 

PLEASE NOTE: BROKERAGE FEES, DUTIES AND/OR TAXES MAY BE ASSESSED BY YOUR COUNTRY. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THESE FEES, NOR ARE WE ABLE TO COMPUTE THEM.

YOUR ORDER DOES *NOT* INCLUDE FEES OR BROKERAGE COSTS THAT MAY BE ASSESSED IN YOUR COUNTRY.

PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR CUSTOMS OFFICIALS TO DETERMINE WHAT YOUR FEES MAY BE PRIOR TO PURCHASING.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items.) We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on empty containers, used or worn items, damaged items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We are sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable.
